Step 1: Consultation
The first step is to schedule a consultation with you to discuss your project and understand your specific needs. During this meeting, we'll take the opportunity to discuss trending colours, the latest paints, and your unique ideas for the project. This is an ideal time for you to ask us questions and address any concerns you may have about the process.
Step 2: Estimation
A proposal is more than just an estimate; it's a roadmap to ensure a great customer experience. The Scope of Work section is particularly important as it outlines precisely what will be painted and what will not. To ensure a cohesive and beautiful result, our expert colour consultant or designer prepares the Colour Schedule section, which lists the colours for each room. Pricing options are flexible, whether for the entire job or different segments. We guarantee that the price will only change with your approval if the scope of work is modified.
Step 3: Preparation
To ensure everything is in order before we start painting, we have a two-step process:
First, we'll send you a checklist to ensure your space is ready for our crew.
Secondly, we'll set up a call to review all the details and answer any questions you may have.
Once ready to begin painting, our team will conduct a thorough walkthrough of your property to assess the project and prepare the space. Here are some things we'll cover:
Is there a specific room you want us to focus on first?
Do you want us to lock up when we're done for the day, or will you be around?
Can we have an emergency contact number, just in case?
Are there any concerns about kids, pets, or other family members during the job?
Do we have access to parking, washrooms, and electricity?

Step 4: Painting
Once we've agreed on a start date, we'll give you a heads-up a few days before we arrive. We take pride in our staff, so you'll always know who's working in your home - they sign in daily. And don't worry; we'll cover your floors and personal items and clean up at the end of each day. Once we're all done, we'll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure we've delivered everything we promised.
